Isokinetic strength testing and training equipment A8 is an assessment and training machine for six major joints of human. Shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee and ankle can get isokinetic, isotonic, isometric, centrifugal, centripetal and continuous passive testing and training.

How Does the Isokinetic Training Equipment Work?

Isokinetic muscle strength measurement is to evaluate the functional state of muscle by measuring a series of parameters reflecting muscle load during isokinetic movement of limbs. The measurement is objective, accurate, simple and reliable. The human body itself cannot produce isokinetic motion, so it is necessary to fix the limbs on the lever of the instrument. When it moves independently, the speed limiting device of the instrument will adjust the resistance of the lever to the limb at any time according to the strength of the limb, in that way, movement of the limb will maintain the speed at a constant value. Therefore, the greater the strength of the limbs, the greater the resistance of the lever, the stronger the load on the muscles. At this time, measurement on a series of parameters reflecting muscle load can truly reveal the functional state of muscle.
