Product Introduction
The lower limb intelligent feedback training system uses a new rehabilitation concept to overcome the shortcomings of traditional lower limb rehabilitation training; it changes the patient’s body position under weight loss, performs stepping exercise training, simulates the physiological gait of normal human walking, restores the patient’s walking function to the highest degree, and inhibits abnormal gait. It helps patients establish a correct walking pattern in early rehabilitation training.
It is mainly suitable for the rehabilitation treatment of lower limb dysfunction caused by neurological injuries such as stroke (cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage), and focuses more on early rehabilitation training of patients.
Features
The distance between the two feet and the angles of foot inversion and inversion, toe flexion and dorsiflexion can be adjusted according to the patient’s specific situation. The bilateral pedals can be used for active or assisted walking training as needed, providing physiological load according to the patient’s needs.
0-80° progressive standing training combined with a dedicated suspension belt can effectively control the physiological load on the patient’s lower limbs and achieve the effect of gradual active and passive stepping exercise training of the lower limbs.
1. Allow patients who are unable to stand to walk in a lying position
2. Standing in a lying position at different angles
3. Standing and walking under counter-weight to inhibit spasms
4. Early gait training may shorten the actual walking time
5. Special suspension belt to reduce the body weight that the patient’s lower limbs need to bear
Treatment Effects
1. Early gait training can shorten the recovery time for patients to resume walking;
2. Strengthen the afferent sensory stimulation of the lower limbs and improve the excitability, flexibility and coordination of the nervous system;
3. Improve and maintain the range of motion of lower limb joints and enhance muscle strength and endurance;
4. Relieve the muscle spasms in the patient’s lower limbs through exercise training;
5. Improve the patient’s body function and prevent complications such as postural hypotension and pressure sores;
6. Enhance the patient’s metabolic level and cardiopulmonary function.
Gait control—Adopting servo motor control system, the three speed change programs of initial velocity, acceleration and deceleration are completed during the movement, effectively imitating the physiological gait of normal people.
Stepping exercises under biological load can strengthen and stimulate the proprioception of the lower limbs, increase the input of proprioception, and promote the growth of nerve synapses.
1. Combine the upright state, lower limb movement and load
2. Support and promote patient exercise
3. Strengthen the cardiovascular system
4. Strengthen incoming sensory stimulation
5. A large amount of repetitive physical exercise can relieve muscle spasms in some patients
6. Can effectively prevent complications such as pressure sores and postural hypotension
7. Reduce the workload of therapists
8. Easy to use
